First Reconcilition
Sacramental Preparation for First Reconciliation is a 2yr program. Students need to be enrolled at Sacred Heart School for 1st and 2nd grade, or enrolled in Families of Faith for 2yrs and will receive Sacramental Prep classes additional in their 2nd year. Both faith formation and Sacred Heart children will receive their First Reconciliation in December of their 2nd year.

First Communion
Sacramental Preparation for First Communion is a 2 year program. Students must be enrolled at SHS school for 1st and 2nd grade, or in Families of Faith for 2 years, and will receive Sacrament Prep classes additional to year 2. Both faith formation and Sacred Heart children will receive their First Communion in the Spring of their 2nd year.

Confirmation
In the Diocese of Madison, Confirmation is a two-year program. Students must be enrolled in formation through the church for 2 years and take Sacramental preparation classes to be Confirmed. This currently includes 1 year of Families of Faith and 1 year of Ignite, or 2 years of Ignite. Students will then attend Confirmation Prep classes additional in their 2nd year of formation.
